Meet OurTropical Prince
Camden, or CourageousCAM, as we like to call him, is a fun-loving, energetic, and kind-hearted 7-year-old who brings joy to everyone he meets. Whether he’s flipping through his gymnastics moves, chasing a soccer ball, stepping up to the plate on his travel baseball team, or making people laugh with his sweet personality, Camden lives life with an incredible spirit. He is a proud twin brother to Cruz and a loving little brother to Mason, and together they share a special bond that has helped carry their family through the hardest of times.
After a few weeks of abdominal distention, Camden was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in July 2024, and his world changed literally overnight. Since then, he has faced countless chemotherapy treatments, hospital stays, procedures, and challenges that no child should ever have to endure. Through it all, Camden has shown remarkable courage, resilience, and determination. Even on his toughest days, he continues to smile, play, and remind everyone around him what true strength looks like. His journey has inspired so many, proving that while leukemia is part of his story, it does not and will not ever define him. Camden is a fighter, a hero, and a bright light whose courage and joy will continue to inspire everyone fortunate enough to know and love him.
Throughout this journey, Camden has been surrounded by the unwavering love from his parents and brothers. Together, they face every challenge with faith, strength, and hope, celebrating every milestone while standing strong through every setback. As they continue through Camden’s journey, they remain deeply grateful for the prayers, encouragement, and support of their family, friends, and community, who have walked alongside them every step of the way.

Meet OurTropical Princess
Eva Gigliotti, a brave, joyful, and outgoing 6-year-old, was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) at just 18 months old. NF1 is a genetic condition that can cause tumors to grow along the nerves throughout the body. As part of her diagnosis, Eva developed bilateral optic pathway gliomas, which caused the loss of vision in her right eye. She underwent a year of chemotherapy from the ages of 2 to 3, and after several years of stability, she courageously began chemotherapy again in November 2025 following the discovery of a new brain tumor. Thanks to the dedication of the incredible team at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Eva continues to power through her weekly chemotherapy treatments with strength and determination. The nurses, doctors, and staff have become like family, surrounding Eva and our family with unwavering love, compassion, and support throughout her journey.
Despite everything she has faced, Eva has an infectious personality that lights up every room she enters. She is incredibly outgoing, loves meeting new people, and has a smile that can brighten anyone’s day. Eva enjoys playing with her baby dolls, coloring, spending time on her iPad, swimming, and playing outside whenever she can. She loves making memories with her family and embracing every opportunity to simply be a kid. Eva has two wonderful siblings, Isabella and Mikey, who are always by her side. Whether they are playing together, making her laugh, or comforting her on the days she isn’t feeling well, they are her biggest supporters and best friends.
Throughout Eva’s journey, our family has made a promise to never let the hard days win. We continue to focus on creating a life filled with love, laughter, adventure, and unforgettable memories, giving Eva the happiest and fullest life possible. Eva’s resilience, positive spirit, and ability to bring joy to everyone around her continue to inspire our family, her medical team, and everyone fortunate enough to know her.
