On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, over 40 Lending Hearts youth came onto the field of PNC Park for a fun and most memorable baseball clinic with Pirates Charities and Pitcher, David Bednar. The Pirate Parrot always takes the fun to another level!
Participants were grouped by ages and rotated through five different stations. Parents, younger and older siblings and grandparents watched and cheered on from the stands.
Lending Hearts is now 13 years old, and Pirates Charities has been a tremendous supporter of Lending Hearts, our mission and families. As the organization has grown, so has our relationship, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Many thanks to our amazing friend, David Bednar, for all he does for Lending Hearts and the love, encouragement and enthusiasm he gives our young friends and their families!
