On Sunday, September 18, over 70 of our Lending Hearts Friends and Families came together in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness. It was a beautiful afternoon for baseball fun with former Pittsburgh Pirate, Neil Walker, and our favorite Pirates mascots!
We are very thankful to Mike Magulick, President of the Miracle League of Moon Township, for all of his support and allowing us to use their beautiful field! Thank you, Pirates Charities, for joining us for this very special event. We would also like to thank Gabby DeLuca, Reporter for WPXI-TV, for emceeing our event. Lastly, thank you Bruster's Real Ice Cream of Robinson and Eat’n Park for making our event even sweeter.
It was an afternoon of fun we will never forget and can't wait to do it again next September!!
