Saturday, May 20, 2023 was The Open Hearts Foundation's Celebratory Gala at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California. Lending Hearts Founder and Executive Director, Vasso Paliouras, was honored with the Open Hearts Award. It was described that this honor is in recognition of "her passion, for her dedication to transforming adversity into opportunities, and for her very open heart!"
During the Gala, Jean-Charles Boisset and Gina Gallo-Boisset were honored with the inaugural Open Hearts Humanitarian Award for their tremendous support of The Open Hearts Foundation.
