This evening's panel discussion is led by Dr. Laurie Ferguson, PhD and focuses on managing stress and balancing priorities while coping with cancer. During this hour, Dr. Ferguson will speak about the "green zone" and "red zone," and how we can find ways to be in the green zone and tend to our parasympathetic nervous system.
