Strawberry Creamsicles

So many standard popsicles and frozen fruit bars are filled with sugar and artificial ingredients, which led me to create a more adult version of a creamsicle filled with whole food ingredients, including protein and healthy fat. Even though I consider these to be a more grown up version of a popsicle, my kids absolutely love these. To get creative, feel free to substitute different types of fruit combinations for the two cups of frozen strawberries. I’ve given you some ideas below the recipe or try your own favorite fruit combos!

The collagen powder used in this recipe will add a few grams of protein per popsicle. Collagen powder can be taken daily in smoothies, in water, in coffee, etc. to help support gut health, cartilage repair, and skin, hair, and nail health.

Strawberry Creamsicles


  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 can coconut cream (I use Trader Joe’s brand)
  • 1 scoop protein collagen powder
  • 1 tbsp local honey


  1. Blend all ingredients together until texture is creamy and then pour into mold.
  2. Freeze for six hours or overnight.

  • Blueberry + Mango + Lemon
  • Orange + Mango
  • Mixed Berries
  • Peach, Strawberry + Basil
  • Minty Watermelon
