When a family member – especially a child or young adult – is diagnosed with cancer, the world can be a very unfamiliar and lonely place. Physicians will treat the disease, but emotional and social help can be both elusive and sometimes overwhelming. Lending Hearts provides an oasis of support and human connection that we hope brings you strength and personal growth through this journey.

You can tap into and engage with the Lending Heart community to whatever degree you feel comfortable. For many, it’s a chance to escape the trappings of the day-to-day and connect with others to share, bond and (yes) even laugh. We offer both in-person and online resources specifically developed to support, encourage and empower people living with cancer focusing on the special needs of children and young adults as well as their families and caregivers.
